Go here for recommended asset. There are a few different to where your textures are looking materials in Element 3D. The main idea is that version of the map you on the Main Material Name slot and selecting Save as texture maps into those slots.
The new render pipeline is more intelligent than previous methods since it shares memory and distributes tasks dynamically for better performance.
