Goodmorning In a pc with windows10 (UEFI) I try recovery the SO disk to a previsually backup tib, I start ATI, I select recovery, disk. I've had issues with getting Acronis True Image to start on my machine. It seems that most of the time it would launch once and then not. If there are any antivirus apps running and if I were you then my first troubleshooting test would have been to backup the system completely.
